My Puma Shoes Fell Apart, Warranty Denied - Not User Error!

I ordered shoes from the Puma brand's website on 16.10.2024. After a few months, tears appeared on the inner lining of the shoes, the outer side started to split, and the Puma logo on the outside began to peel off. I then contacted after-sales service, and they claimed it was a user error, stating there was no production defect. I could understand if they blamed the opening on the outer part of the shoe, but how could the removal of the Puma logo or tearing of the inner lining be considered a user error? There is simply no reasonable explanation for this. I will never shop from this brand again and will not recommend it to anyone I know.
