Puma Sneakers Opened And Peeled Within Six Months Of Use

I bought a pair of Puma sneakers from Trabzon Cevahir AVM approximately 1 year ago and paid ₺2,600. After about 6 months of normal use, the shoes started to open from the sides and there was peeling on the upper and side parts. I took the product for inspection twice, but both times I was told that the problem was not caused by production. Despite this, the openings and peeling clearly do not match the quality I expect from Puma and make the shoes unusable for daily use. I request that my sneakers, which deteriorated in a short time despite regular use, be replaced with a new product. I kindly ask you to review my complaint again and ensure that the necessary action is taken as soon as possible.
Dear customer, We are sorry for the negative experience you have had. For purchases from other companies whose invoices are not issued by PUMA Turkey, your review processes are carried out by those companies, and there is no request forwarded to PUMA Turkey nor any action from us communicated to the company. We kindly ask you to contact the relevant company's stores and customer service for detailed information regarding your request. For any comments, complaints, or suggestions, you can reach our Customer Service. Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you happy days as PUMA.
Dear Puma, Despite contacting the retailer that sells your product twice regarding the issue with the Puma shoes I purchased from the company that provided all the information to you, I have not received a satisfactory outcome. When I review similar complaints, you have always responded. If the shoes we bought in confidence of their quality wear out this quickly, you should reconsider your quality standards. Trying to ensure customer satisfaction in this manner for products bought with trust in your brand undermines confidence in your brand. I have been using Puma shoes for years and this is the first time something like this has happened to me, and I turned to these channels hoping for a solution, but I was disappointed. And now I am sure you will respond with the same kind of negative experience, saying you are sorry for the negative experience, and then continue to charge a lot of money for supposedly high‑quality products, leaving the aggrieved consumer... Puma is regretful.
