My Puma Shoes Came Apart After Three Weeks and Were Unfairly Rejected

I purchased a pair of Puma sneakers from the FLO store located in Sultanbeyli Atlas Mall in Istanbul. Even though I did not wear the shoes daily and used them only as a backup pair, about three weeks after purchase, the glued front toe area began to slightly separate and gradually opened more over time. There is no tearing or puncturing on the shoes; the problem is entirely due to the adhesive coming loose. I returned the product to the store, where photos were taken, and the shoes were sent for inspection. Later, regarding my purchase number 43700061311503330049 and inspection request number FP260124-630-0349676, I was informed via SMS that no production-related defect was found and that an exchange or refund would not be granted. I strongly disagree with this decision, as there is no physical damage and the issue is clearly related to a manufacturing adhesive defect, not user error. While the sales process involved attention and reassurance, this same care was unfortunately not shown in after-sales service. Considering the significant price paid for these shoes, it is unacceptable for such a problem to occur in such a short time and then be dismissed as user fault. I request that the product be re-examined properly and fairly, and that if my claim is found valid, my refund or exchange request be approved.
