I bought a pair of Puma trainers in November 2023, and I’m really disappointed with the quality of the product and the response from customer service, despite their well-known reputation. My trainers started showing clear signs of wear and tear on the inner side and heel area several months ago. I submitted my items for review multiple times, anticipating a replacement for what is obviously a manufacturing defect. Unfortunately, Puma turned down my request, apparently due to the impending expiration of the invoice date, instead of tackling the actual issue at hand. This experience has completely turned me off from buying Puma products again, and it has also influenced others around me to feel the same way. I really hope Puma takes another look and provides the support I anticipated from such a reputable brand.
