Puma Shoes Developed Holes After Minimal Use and Refund Denied


I purchased a Puma item via the Trendyol platform, and I was quite disappointed with the quality, which did not meet my expectations at all. After just 5-6 wears in a month, I noticed a hole in one of the shoes. I returned the shoes for inspection, anticipating a reasonable assessment, but was informed that the damage was not a result of a manufacturing problem. It's disappointing to see a reputable brand like Puma not take responsibility. Given the price I paid, I anticipated a higher quality product. Trendyol really needs to step up and take responsibility by improving the quality control of the products available on its platform. A reliable brand must also implement actions against sellers who let customers down like this.
