I Am Requesting a Replacement or Refund for Defective Puma Children’s Shoes
On August 30, 2025, I purchased a pair of Puma 39764203 Courtflex v3 v ps / P13K children’s shoes from the Koray Spor store located in Özdilek Park Nilüfer, Bursa. Despite only a short period of normal use, the shoes began to separate and open on the sides and at the front. Because of this issue, I returned the product to the store on December 21, 2025, to be sent for inspection. After the inspection, I was informed that the problem was considered user-related. However, the document provided to me does not clearly explain what the specific user error was and instead only lists general and possible user-related issues, which indicates that the actual cause of the defect was not properly identified. I do not believe that a children’s shoe developing such openings within just four months of normal use can reasonably be considered a user error. For this reason, I request that the product associated with inspection record number M22-4468 be replaced with a new one or that a refund be issued. I kindly ask for assistance in resolving this issue and eliminating the inconvenience I have experienced.
