About six months after purchasing the product, separations appeared in the toe area, damage occurred to the inner lining, cracks formed in the leather, and the shoes also began to develop a strong odor. As these issues increased, I applied to the store in the ninth month to have the product inspected under warranty. The shoes were sent for inspection, but I later received a negative response via SMS stating that the issues were caused by user error.
