Puma Rickie Classic Shoes Fell Apart Within Months of Normal Use

I purchased a white Puma Rickie Classic shoe, size 42, from the In Street store in Bodrum/Muğla. About six months after purchasing the product, separations appeared in the toe area, damage occurred to the inner lining, cracks formed in the leather, and the shoes also began to develop a strong odor. As these issues increased, I applied to the store in the ninth month to have the product inspected under warranty. The shoes were sent for inspection, but I later received a negative response via SMS stating that the issues were caused by user error. I do not accept that the responsibility is placed entirely on me, as I did not use the product outside of normal and regular conditions. I have the purchase receipt with number 609700107025367500**. Because such severe deformation and odor developed in what is a relatively short period of time, I believe this is due to a manufacturing or material defect. For this reason, I request that the product be re-evaluated and that my request for a refund or an exchange with a defect-free product be fulfilled.
