I purchased a pair of Puma Kids / Enfants model 381988 24 children’s sneakers, size 35, from a FLO store on November 18, 2025. The shoes were worn only for my child’s trips to and from school—short, daily use under normal conditions—for a total of about 47 days.
Despite this limited use, the outer stitching of the shoes began to come apart, there was a clear deformation at the front of the foam sole, and we experienced a very unpleasant odor problem. I took the shoes back to the store and submitted them for inspection with these issues, but I was told that no manufacturer-related defect was found. The store representative also stated that the evaluation was done only through photos and visual review from a distance.
However, during the same period, my child had been wearing Kinetix brand shoes for four months without any deformation or odor issues. If the odor problem were due to personal use, we would have experienced the same issue with the other shoes as well. I believe that a pair of shoes that wears out and develops such odor problems in such a short time has issues related to production or material quality.
For this reason, I am requesting a refund of the purchase price of the shoes.
