Puma Milenio Pro & Hypnotics LS Sole Peeling Issue

I purchased Puma Milenio Pro and Hypnotics LS shoes from Trendyol online on 06.08.2025. Within about 4–5 months of normal use, the soles of both pairs started to break off from the outer sides, and now both shoes clearly show breaks and very poor quality for the price and the Puma brand. I contacted Trendyol / Puma customer service about this problem, but they did not take care of my issue and I did not receive any satisfying support or solution. I find it unacceptable that shoes in this condition deteriorate in such a short time and that my complaint is not taken seriously. I request that both pairs of shoes be examined and that I am provided with either a full refund or a replacement with the newest equivalent models as soon as possible.
