Agoda’da Kuponlu Rezervasyonda Fazla Çekilen Ücretin İadesi

Agoda üzerinden 01.08.2026 tarihinde bir otel rezervasyonu yaptım. Rezervasyon sırasında sistemde ilk rezervasyona özel yüzde 15 indirim sağlayan bir kupon seçip uyguladım ve ekranda bu kuponla birlikte indirimli toplam tutar gösteriliyordu. Ancak kredi kartı ekstremi kontrol ettiğimde, kartımdan indirimsiz, tam ücretin çekildiğini fark ettim.

Kupon uygulandıktan sonra Agoda ekranında toplam 6.156,33 TL oda ücreti ve 796,96 TL vergi ve ücretler olmak üzere 6.953,29 TL tahsil edileceği gösteriliyordu. Buna rağmen kartımdan 8.039,70 TL çekilmiş ve arada 1.086,41 TL fazla tahsilat bulunmaktadır.

Agoda’nın canlı bir müşteri hizmeti bulunmadığı için yalnızca yapay zeka destekli sistem üzerinden destek talebi açabildim. Ancak sistem “dönüş yapacağız” demesine rağmen herhangi bir geri dönüş yapılmadı ve fazla çekilen tutar iade edilmedi.

İlk rezervasyona özel yüzde 15 indirim kuponu ile görünen tutar üzerinden işlem yapılmasını, fazla çekilen 1.086,41 TL’nin kredi kartıma iade edilmesini ve konuyla ilgili yazılı bir açıklama yapılmasını talep ediyorum.

On 01.08.2026, ı made a Hotel reservation through Agoda. During the Booking process, ı selected and applied a coupon that provides a 15% discount for the first reservation, and the discounted Total amount was clearly shown on the screen. However, when ı checked my credit card statement, ı noticed that the full, non-discounted amount had been charged.

After applying the coupon, the Agoda screen showed a Total of 6,156.33 TL as the room fee and 796.96 TL as taxes and fees, for a Total amount of 6,953.29 TL to be charged. Despite this, 8,039.70 TL was charged to my card, which means 1,086.41 TL has been overcharged.

Since Agoda does not offer live customer support, ı was Only able to request assistance through the AI-based support system. The system keeps saying that they will GET back to me, but ı have received no response and the overcharged amount has not been refunded.

I request that the transaction be adjusted according to the amount shown with the 15% first-reservation discount coupon, that the 1,086.41 TL be refunded to my credit card, and that a written explanation be provided regarding this issue
