İ m writing regarding unauthorized charges made by VPN Lumos on my bank account, even though ı Only used a Free trial and cancelled it. On 20 January ı was charged 19.99, and again today ı was charged 19.99, both directly from my bank account for VPN Lumos. I had Only used the VPN Lumos mobile application as a Free trial and cancelled it, so ı did not approve or subscribe to any paid plan. Despite this, two separate payments have been taken from my account. I tried to reach out about these charges but have not received any response. I request a full refund of both 19.99 charges and the immediate cancellation of any active subscription or payment Agreement associated with my details, with confirmation that no further Money will be withdrawn from my account.
