Brewing a simple cup of tea without encountering technical difficulties was a constant struggle. Every time the thermostat failed, I had to go through the hassle of having it repaired or replaced.Each time, they found something to put the blame on me somehow...the last was because the warranty period had expired, I would be liable for the repair costs.
