If all regular methods fail and you've been waiting for a long time, contacting your credit card provider to submit a dispute can be your last resort. If they look into it, they might be able to drop the charges altogether.
Even though Sephora's refund processing time could be longer than anticipated, they should get to your return in the end. Please do not hesitate to bring your continued problems to the attention of a higher-ranking representative of Sephora's customer support department.
