On November 25, 2025, I ordered two sets of carburetor adjustment keys for chainsaws from AliExpress. The seller’s page clearly showed the product as a 10-piece set, so by ordering two sets, I expected to receive 20 pieces in total. However, when the package arrived, only one key from each set had been sent—just 2 pieces instead of 20.
Even though the listing clearly displayed a 10-piece set in the product images, my order was incomplete, and the remaining 18 pieces were never delivered. I contacted the seller and opened a dispute through AliExpress, but no resolution has been provided so far.
I request that the missing 18 keys be shipped to me immediately and/or that I receive a refund for the undelivered items. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
