On September 13, I placed an order through the Sephora mobile app for the Huda Beauty Icy Nude eyeshadow palette (Order No: 8004651326). The order arrived on September 17, but when I opened the package, I saw that the palette was broken, and the mirror inside was covered in eyeshadow powder.

Additionally, none of the promotional gifts that are usually provided when shopping in-store were included in my order. When I previously visited a Sephora store, the staff specifically mentioned that full-size gifts would be provided with purchases, but my online order arrived with no gifts at all.

This feels very unfair, especially since I paid a total of ₺3,400 by credit card. Not only did I receive a damaged product, but I was also denied the promotional items that are advertised and offered in stores.

I request that Sephora send me a new, undamaged palette along with the promotional gifts that I would have received had I shopped in-store. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I expect it to be resolved as quickly as possible.
