Sephora Capacity Store Gave No Testers After ₺15,182 Purchase

On September 17, 2025, I made a purchase worth ₺15,182 at the Sephora Capacity store (Invoice No: 3A22025000022560). I originally planned to place my order online, but I decided to buy directly from the store for convenience after checking product shades and completing my needs.
When I got home and unpacked my products, I realized that no tester items were included in my shopping bag. I do not shop solely for testers, but considering the high amount I spent, it is very disappointing not to receive even a few. What makes this more frustrating is that a friend of mine, who shopped at the same store on the same day and bought fewer products, did receive testers.
This situation reflects poorly on customer satisfaction and consistency in store practices.
I expect Sephora to send me testers appropriate to my purchase and to ensure that store employees handle this matter more carefully in the future.
