My Estee Lauder Concealer from Sephora Smells Like Vinegar
I am absolutely disgusted with Sephora and the Estee Lauder concealer I bought from their Armada store on May 22, 2025! I started using it, and now, less than a month later, it reeks of vinegar. This is utterly unacceptable for a product that's supposed to be fresh. It's obvious the concealer was either expired or had a very close expiration date when I purchased it.
I trusted Sephora as a reputable and well-known store, so I didn't even think to check the expiration date. That was my mistake, but it shouldn't be necessary when buying from a supposed leader in beauty. This isn't some cheap, throwaway item; it was an expensive purchase, and I feel completely ripped off. I've barely used any of the product, and now it's worthless.
Sephora, you need to take responsibility for selling expired or nearly expired products. I demand a full refund or a fresh, new Estee Lauder concealer immediately! This is a serious quality control issue, and it's a betrayal of customer trust. Stop selling old stock and ensure that every product on your shelves is fresh and safe for use.
