I Still Haven’t Received My Refund After Returning a Product to Sephora 3 Months Ago

On May 4, 2025, I returned a product I purchased from Sephora’s official website. It has now been over three months, and I still have not received the promised refund to my credit card. I’ve called their customer service center multiple times, and each time I’m told the same scripted response: “We’ve received your return. The refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days.”

That time frame has come and gone long ago—multiple times. It’s now July, and not a single ₺ has been credited back to my account. I feel completely ignored and strung along with false reassurances. This is not what I expected from a global brand that claims to value customer satisfaction.

I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed. I followed all the steps correctly and returned the item in perfect condition. Sephora has acknowledged the return, yet refuses to process the refund. I demand immediate action to refund the amount owed to me without further delay. If this isn’t resolved soon, I will escalate the issue to consumer protection authorities. Sephora must take responsibility and stop misleading customers.
