Sephora Card Program Coupons Not Delivered and Unusable Online

I joined the Sephora Card Program and after reaching 15,000 points, my points were converted into reward coupons. According to Sephora, I earned two 10% discount coupons and was told the coupon codes were sent to my registered email address. However, no such email ever arrived — I checked both my inbox and spam/junk folders thoroughly.

When I contacted Sephora Customer Service, I was told the coupons could be used in-store. I explained that I specifically wanted to use them for online purchases, but the representative simply said, “If the email is missing, you cannot use them online. They are only valid in-store.” and closed the matter without offering any real help.

This issue has been ongoing for six months. I have my Sephora card number and can provide it if needed. I request that my coupon codes be re-sent to me so that I can use them in online shopping as originally promised. Sephora should ensure that digital rewards are properly delivered and usable, rather than leaving loyal customers with limited options and poor service.
