AliExpress Seller Shipped Incorrect Item for My $38 Order
On October 26, 2025, I ordered a product from the outdoor trailblazer store on AliExpress and paid $38, including taxes. The item I ordered was titled:
“Helmet light tactical strobe lamp red/green/blue/white IR headlamp outdoor hunting LED flashlight airsoft gear accessories”
(Order No: 111683535758*)
However, instead of the item I purchased, I received a completely different product:
“Tactical helmet lamp 4-mode green red IR laser helmet light energy-saving airsoft torch hunting airsoft accessories.”
I received the item 10 days ago through PTT Cargo, and immediately contacted both the seller and AliExpress customer service, but I received a negative response. I am now left with the wrong product and no solution.
I request to return the incorrect item and receive a full refund for the amount I paid.
