Clinique Denied My Complaint After Sending Empty Package
I purchased a concealer product from Clinique’s official website. However, the box arrived completely empty. When I contacted Clinique about the issue, their staff simply responded by saying they had a packaging video proving the item was included. But when I asked to see this video, they told me they do not provide such recordings to customers.
I am certain that if this had happened with another online retailer, the issue would have been resolved easily. Instead, Clinique dismissed my complaint by claiming they had the product on video and refused to assist further. I am extremely disappointed, as I did not expect such carelessness from a brand like Clinique. I will be taking legal action regarding this matter.
