Sephora Complaint About Refund Delay After Duplicate Order Return

On August 15, 2025, I placed an order through the Sephora app, but due to a system error the same order was processed twice. When I called customer service, I was told to refuse delivery of the duplicate package so it could be returned. On August 21, 2025, the package arrived via courier, and I did not accept it. Four days later, the returned package was confirmed to have reached Sephora. Since then, I have called multiple times, but my refund has still not been processed. Even counting only business days, it has already been 18 days, excluding weekends and holidays. If my refund is not completed within this week, I will be forced to pursue my rights through legal channels.
