My Sephora Online Rare Beauty Highlighter Arrived Broken

I recently visited a Sephora store, where I tried and genuinely liked a few products. Impressed by their quality, I decided to purchase the same items from Sephora’s official online store during a promotion. However, when my order arrived, I was shocked by the stark difference between what I had tested in-store and what I received.
While the packaging was identical, the contents were clearly not the same. The texture, consistency, and performance of the products were significantly inferior. It honestly felt like I was sent cheaper alternatives in fancy boxes. I reached out to Sephora customer service to report the issue, expecting a reasonable explanation or solution, but I was met with indifference and no effort to resolve my concerns.
I’m extremely disappointed. I trusted that buying directly from Sephora’s own website would guarantee authenticity and consistency, but this experience makes me question the brand’s standards and transparency. I demand a thorough investigation and a fair resolution. Customers should not be misled into thinking they’re buying the same high-quality products they try in-store. Please take accountability and make this right.

When I went to collect it on April 9, the store staff informed me that the product was damaged and said my order would be canceled. They offered me a larger size available in-store, which I purchas...
