Over the past month, I've shopped at both Aqua Florya and the Sephora several times. Despite purchasing different products each time, I haven't received any testers for any of my purchases. However, I believe testers should be provided so customers can get a feel for new products. This consistent occurrence at both stores has been quite disturbing. I expect Sephora to provide testers appropriately for every customer and purchase, and to address this issue that occurred during my previous purchases.
