Sephora Employees Not Giving Out Testers
Over the past month, I've shopped at both Aqua Florya and the Sephora several times. Despite purchasing different products each time, I haven't received any testers for any of my purchases. However, I believe testers should be provided so customers can get a feel for new products. This consistent occurrence at both stores has been quite disturbing. I expect Sephora to provide testers appropriately for every customer and purchase, and to address this issue that occurred during my previous purchases. I await an explanation and a resolution regarding this matter.
Why are you giving misleading feedback as if something has been done without any communication? This is not fitting for the image of this brand. No solution was offered and I was not contacted in any way. I kindly request that false information not be provided.
