My Sephora Clinique Moisturizer Arrived Opened and Empty
I am absolutely outraged with Sephora! Today, I bought a Clinique moisturizer, and what I received was completely unacceptable. There was no plastic seal or any protective packaging whatsoever. To make matters worse, the box was entirely empty—the actual cream wasn't even inside! How can a store like Sephora sell a product in this condition? I'm completely ripped off and beyond frustrated.
This is a blatant disregard for product integrity and customer satisfaction. I paid for a new, sealed product, and instead, I got an opened, empty box. This isn't just a minor oversight; it raises serious questions about your quality control and handling of merchandise. It's truly baffling how something like this could even make it to a customer.
Sephora, you need to rectify this immediately. I demand a full refund or a replacement Clinique moisturizer that is new, sealed, and actually contains the product. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this frustrating experience.
