Sephora Complaint About Damaged Huda Beauty Liquid Blush and Rejected Refund

I experienced a serious issue with my online order from Sephora for a Huda Beauty liquid blush (Order #8004594335). When the product first arrived, the package was torn, so I returned it. However, my refund request was rejected on the grounds that the packaging was damaged, and the product was sent back to me. Today, when I received it again, the cap was open and half of the product had spilled out. I immediately reported the situation to Sephora customer service via email but have not yet received any response. As a loyal Sephora customer, I find this treatment unacceptable, and this is the first time I have encountered such a problem. I request a full refund and am willing to return the product once more. I expect my grievance to be resolved without further delay.
