I’ve been trying to place an order through Sephora’s website, but I’m shocked to see that there is no home delivery option available—only store pickup. This completely prevents me from making a purchase, as there is no Sephora store in the city where I live. I even tried ordering via Google Shopping integration, but it shows the same restriction: pickup only, no home delivery.
Why is a global brand like Sephora limiting its delivery options so severely? Not everyone has access to a nearby store, and this kind of limited service alienates a large group of potential customers.
