Sephora Complaint About Broken Eyeshadow Delivery and Poor Packaging

On September 17, I received my Sephora mobile app order containing the Sephora Collection Colorful Eyeshadow, but the product was delivered completely shattered. My order number is 8004652820, and I paid ₺539 for this item. I have not yet contacted customer service regarding the issue. What frustrates me most is that even unknown, low-cost brands ship their products with multiple layers of bubble wrap or large inflatable protectors, while a major luxury cosmetics brand like Sephora packaged this eyeshadow in nothing more than plain paper. Because of this careless packaging, I no longer feel confident purchasing through Sephora’s website. I request that the damaged product be replaced with a new one in proper condition and packaged securely to ensure it arrives intact.
