Sephora Has Not Refunded Me for the Perfume I Returned
I returned the perfume I bought from Sephora, and I’ve been waiting for my refund to be deposited for two months. Every time I call, they say my refund was approved, that they’re busy at the moment, and that they’ve noted it as urgent. I even provided my bank details twice to make sure there was no mistake, but nothing has changed. No one follows up or takes responsibility. Two months have passed like this, and I still haven’t received my money. They have basically confiscated my money.
You are sending automatic messages, I haven't even been called about this issue. I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, there is no other option left. My money has literally been seized.
