LinkedIn Account Hacked and Restricted – Request Access Recovery

July 13 10:30 AM10

My LinkedIn account linked to the email address "amrache*****@gmail.com" was hacked, and since then I have not been able to access it properly. After the intrusion, my account was restricted, and a support ticket with the reference number #260712-017747 was opened, but the situation is still not resolved and I remain locked out. The hacker enabled an authenticator app as a two-step verification method on my profile, even though I had never set up any authenticator app on my account before. Now, when I try to log in, the system asks for an authenticator app code that I cannot provide because this two-factor authentication was added by the intruder, not by me. I have attached the restriction and support process screenshot from LinkedIn as proof of my situation. I first noticed that I could no longer properly access my account around September 2025. Since then, I have not been able to log in normally or use my LinkedIn profile. I am requesting that the unauthorized two-factor authenticator added by the hacker be disabled, that my identity be verified through secure alternative methods, and that my account access be fully restored after a detailed security review and removal of any changes made by the intruder. I would also like my support ticket #260712-017747 to be routed to a human review agent so that my case can be evaluated carefully.
