After 5 months, we took the TV to an authorized dealer because it has light issues, after 10 days, they said they'd made the product and there wouldn't be any problems. They then sent it to us. Four months after the first fix, the light blocking got stronger. We asked the consumer arbitration group to hear our case. the arbitration group thought that we would get our money back for the product. When we bought the item, it cost 12,000 TL, but it costs 20,000 TL now. When we ask for the difference in price, they say that it's impossible, no matter how much your payment is. We are taken advantage of in this way, and they sell us broken things and act like we are wrong. LG has already hurt the customer by not letting them exchange the product and now only giving them their money back.
