The pressure on my Kärcher steam cleaner is weak. What's wrong?

There are several possible reasons why the pressure in your Kärcher steam cleaner might not be strong enough:

• Check the water level to make sure it's at the right level according to the Kärcher manual. Low steam pressure can happen when there isn't enough water. Mineral buildup from hard water can also clog internal parts and stop steam from being produced, so it's important to regularly descal your steam cleaner according to the manufacturer's instructions to keep it running at its best.

• Check the nozzle and any attachments for any clogs that could stop the flow of steam, and clean them well if needed. Make sure you choose the right steam level setting for the job, because if you choose a lower setting than what's needed, the pressure might not be strong enough.

• Think about the possibility that parts like the heating element or pump are worn out. This is especially important if the appliance is old. It's possible that these parts need to be replaced to get the steam pressure back to normal.
