I purchased a KitchenAid hand blender with accessories from Hepsiburada on November 24, 2024 (Order No: 407 957 512 3). During the very first use, the chopper bowl became scratched while chopping walnuts. In addition, the blender attachment started to lose color after only the 2nd or 3rd use. After experiencing both issues, I sent the product to service when it was about four months old. However, the service center claimed that both issues were “normal” and returned the product without performing any repairs.
Because I was out of town during the summer, I could not follow up sooner. I am reaching out again now because I cannot accept that such an expensive product develops these problems so easily, and I don’t want other customers to face the same issues. My product is still under warranty, and I am requesting a full replacement. I do not accept repair as a solution.
Additionally, I also purchased a KitchenAid stand mixer, and its bowl keeps getting stuck. When I called customer service about both products, I received no meaningful support. For the stand mixer bowl, I was told to “wrap it with a warm towel,” which is extremely disappointing and not an acceptable solution for a premium brand.
I am requesting the replacement of my hand blender and proper support for both products.
