Karcher SC3 Steam Cleaner Keeps Breaking Down and Service Fails to Resolve Issue

I purchased a Karcher SC3 steam cleaning machine about one year ago, and since the very beginning it has caused nothing but problems. The device has been used only twice before it broke down. When I first contacted Karcher customer support, the machine was collected and sent for repair. After almost one month, it was returned to me supposedly fixed, but after a short time the same fault reappeared. The unit heats up but does not release steam, making it unusable.

In June 2025, I contacted Karcher again to request another repair. Customer service informed me that their partner courier would collect the machine within a week. However, despite three follow-up calls, no one ever came to pick it up, and the problem remains unresolved. I have not used any third-party repair services, relying solely on Karcher’s official support channels.

The repeated technical failures, combined with extremely poor after-sales service, have caused me significant frustration and inconvenience. I no longer trust this product to be repaired properly. Therefore, I am formally requesting that Karcher provide a replacement unit to permanently resolve this issue.
