Karcher CS2 Steam Cleaner Customer Service Failure—No Response After 20 Days
I created a customer service request for my Karcher CS2 vertical steam cleaner, but it has been 20 days, and I still haven't received any response. My customer service request number is CAS-3495992-Z8D6. I was informed that the product would be picked up from my home by courier, but no one has contacted me or resolved my issue. I have had ongoing problems with Karcher’s customer service and have been unable to find any help. I’m extremely disappointed with Karcher, and it's been impossible to reach anyone for assistance. This experience has been nothing but regret, and I can't find anyone to address my concerns.
I have not been given any information about my product for such a long time that I actually changed my address over this issue. My product has been under warranty for a long time, and you neither provide detailed information about it nor send it back to me, nor do you send a new product. My product has been with you for 3.04 months, and I am truly a victim. I will take my rights to the consumer arbitration committee through legal means at this rate. I talked to customer service for 4 minutes, and they can't solve the problem in any way. They say they will get back to me every time.
