My Karcher SC 3 Deluxe Steamer Broke On First Use

I bought a Karcher SC 3 Deluxe Textile steam cleaner from Amazon on April 8, 2025. The moment I used it for the very first time, it immediately flashed a red light error. This is completely unacceptable for a brand-new device!
I promptly sent the unit to the service center, where they confirmed a float sensor error and supposedly fixed it. But how can a brand-new appliance, used only once, suffer such a critical failure? I paid for a working product, not a faulty one straight out of the box.
Now I'm stuck in an endless loop of unhelpful customer service. When I call the Karcher service center, they tell me to contact Amazon.com. When I reach out to Amazon, they bounce me right back to the service center. No one is taking responsibility, and I'm left with a repaired-but-still-questionable "new" product.
I demand that Karcher replace my defective SC 3 Deluxe steam cleaner with a brand-new unit! This isn't just an inconvenience; it's a clear quality control failure. Stop giving me the runaround and stand behind your product.
