I Received a Used and Damaged Replacement for My Karcher SC3 Steam Cleaner Complaint

I purchased the Karcher SC3 Anniversary Edition steam cleaner, and it broke down just three months later. I sent it to the authorized service center, but for weeks I couldn't get any updates on its repair status despite calling multiple times. They failed to repair or return the machine within the legal timeframe, so I filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.

The committee ruled in my favor, ordering Karcher to send me a new device. A company representative contacted me, took my shipping address, and said they would send a brand-new unit. However, a week later, I received a box containing a visibly used machine. It was scratched, dirty, covered in limescale, the cleaning cloth was matted with hair, the gun was broken, the descaling filter was missing, and the entire unit looked like it had been poorly repackaged.

This is unacceptable. After all the hassle and a legal complaint, they still failed to fulfill their obligation properly. I’m now reopening the legal process and will never purchase anything from Karcher again. I demand a brand-new, factory-sealed product to replace the defective one as ruled.
