Karcher Steam Cleaner, Endless Water Warning and No Warranty Support

I just bought a Karcher steam cleaner, but the water warning light keeps coming on. When I called customer service, they told me that there are no authorized service centers or warranties for Karcher steam cleaners. I can't believe my money went to waste because my new machine doesn't work. The problem hasn't been fixed, so they are looking for fixes on YouTube or online. Is this how they treat their customers? I wish they had told me about these restrictions before I bought it. This is a very sad and frustrating thing to happen. As a customer, I should be able to get better help with a product I bought in good faith. Karcher, you need to step up your game and be responsible for your products.
