Metin2 Account Banned By Mistake And I Demand Restoration And Compensation

I have been actively playing Metin2 for a long time on the Barbaros Dandanakan server. On October 12, 2025, while moving through a portal during gameplay, the client suddenly crashed and my account was immediately banned. When I contacted the support team, I was told that my account had been permanently suspended due to alleged bot software usage and that the decision was final. However, I have never used any third-party software or cheats of any kind. This issue is entirely caused by a technical error.
When I created a new account on the same server and tried again, the client crashed once more as I passed through the portal, and that new account was also banned in the exact same way. I am certain this is a technical problem originating from the game itself. The client was up to date, I used no additional software, and I even tested it on different devices, yet the outcome did not change. When I contacted support again, no solution or assistance was offered.
My banned account contained approximately 500 TL worth of EP and 200 TL worth of Won. Additionally, the account represents 6–7 years of effort and progress. Losing all of this due to a technical error has caused significant hardship. The ticket number I opened with support is 1997***10.
I request that my account be reinstated, that the technical issue be thoroughly investigated and resolved, and that my losses be compensated. I want to regain access to the account I have invested in and worked on for many years.
