I play Critical Ops with the username “-Elif_”. One day around 16:00, I was banned for 15 days even though I never used any cheats, and 63 points were deducted from my ranked score. The ban reason was listed as “teaming with cheaters,” but I have absolutely never teamed up with any cheaters. This situation has significantly affected my gameplay experience, and I believe I was punished unfairly.
I previously contacted the game’s support team about this issue, but I did not receive any response. I had also made purchases on my account, which makes the situation even more frustrating. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a problem, and I do not want the credibility of my account to be harmed.
