Karcher Turkey Literally Stole My Steam Cleaner

The Karcher SC3 Deluxe steam cleaner I bought in October 2024 stopped working twice. The first time, I sent the product to the service center, and they told me the hoses had been replaced. After getting the product back, it stopped working again on the second use. At the end of April, I sent the product back to the service center, and after a long wait, a completely different and used model was sent to me without any consultation. Most likely, Karcher Turkey's delivery and service departments are subcontracted, so the central customer service has no information about this situation. All they could do was direct the courier to my address to pick up the product. It's clear that they sent a different product, thinking, "the customer will accept this anyway," in place of my product, which had a chronic issue. Moreover, all service times far exceed the legal limits. Many people around me who opted for Turkish-made alternatives instead of paying exorbitant prices for Karcher products have been using their items problem-free for years. Not another dime will be spent by me on companies like these, which appear to have a perfect corporate life on platforms like LinkedIn and make very high sales by relying on their international reputation.
