Karcher SC 3 EasyFix Plus Broke After 5 Uses, Poor Customer Service and No Resolution

I purchased the Karcher SC 3 EasyFix Plus model directly from the Karcher website, and it broke down after less than five uses. The machine itself heats up, but the water doesn’t, and it doesn't produce any steam. When I try to contact customer service, I’m left on hold with music playing for an extended time, and despite numerous calls, the machine that was supposed to be picked up in 5 days has been sitting at my home for 3 weeks now.
Moreover, even if the machine is fixed and returned, it doesn't mean much to me considering how quickly it broke down. It seems like it's just luck whether you get a properly functioning machine or one that fails quickly, leading to wasted money and dealing with a company that doesn’t take responsibility. I deeply regret this purchase and am extremely disappointed with Karcher’s service and product reliability.
