Vestel 12000 BTU AC Repeated Compressor Fault - Replacement Request

I am experiencing a serious and recurring problem with my Vestel Flora Doğa Inverter 122 12,000 BTU air conditioner. I purchased the product on June 24, 2024, and it was installed on June 27, 2024. Since it has repeatedly shown the same malfunction in a short period, I believe the product is defective. On February 18, 2025, I filed a service request due to an extremely loud and disturbing noise coming from the outdoor unit. According to service report number 9098487855, the compressor was found to be faulty and was repaired. Not long after, on Sunday, June 22, 2025, the same issue occurred again, and another service request was opened. This time, service report number 9101345375 also showed another compressor-related repair. Despite all these interventions, the problem was never permanently resolved. As of today, November 24, 2025, the outdoor unit has started making the same loud noise once again. The air conditioner has repeated the same malfunction three times within a relatively short usage period. A compressor failure and a loud noise from the outdoor unit are neither reassuring nor acceptable, especially when they occur this frequently. The fact that repeated repairs have failed to solve the issue clearly indicates that the product should be considered defective under the relevant provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. Therefore, I request that Vestel treat this air conditioner as a defective product and replace it with a new unit of the same model or equivalent specifications. If my request is not met, I will submit an application to the Consumer Arbitration Board with all service records, service reports, and related documents. I kindly request that this matter be resolved promptly.
