Poor Customer Service at Karcher

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with my first purchase from Karcher. Online support, messages, and phone calls to customer service are all unresolved. Regardless of whether they answer, their demeanor is contemptuous. The product's sixty-minute cleaning duration is more like thirty minutes at most. Additionally, I am unaware of the current status of the promised steam cleaner, and it has still not come. I deeply regret making the switch from Dyson, a brand known for their lightning-fast responses and comprehensive support, to Karcher.
