I Face Constant Red Light and Steam Failure on My Karcher SC3 Steam Cleaner After 4.5 Months

I bought the Karcher SC3 Steam Cleaner just 4.5 months ago and was genuinely happy with it at first. It worked great for a while, and I used it regularly. But now, it’s suddenly giving me serious trouble. Despite having plenty of water in the tank, the red warning light comes on and says the water is empty. I double-checked—there is water inside, but the machine won't produce steam at all.

When I turn it off and back on, the red light disappears briefly. But within about a minute, the warning returns, and the steam power drops dramatically or stops altogether. It’s completely unreliable now and unusable for cleaning anything effectively.

Karcher, I need answers. I spent good money on this product (₺), and it’s failing after just a few months. What is causing this issue? Is it a defect or a known problem?
