My Karcher SC3 Steamer Repair is Overdue and I Get No Answers
My Karcher SC3 steam cleaner, which is still under warranty, broke down, and it's been stuck at the service center since May 10th. This is completely unacceptable. By law, they're supposed to repair and return it within 20 days, but it's now been 37 days, and I have no idea where my machine is.
I've called the service center repeatedly, desperate for an update, but all I get are dismissive responses. They're constantly brushing me off, refusing to give me any real information. I bought this Karcher product because I trusted the brand and its service, and now I'm utterly disappointed. This isn't just an inconvenience; it's a blatant disregard for customer rights and a massive waste of my time.
Karcher, you need to fix this immediately! Return my repaired SC3 steam cleaner now, or provide a replacement. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this frustrating ordeal. Stop the runaround and start providing the support your customers deserve.
