I bought the Karcher S4 EasyFix Steam Cleaner in December 2024 from Evkur, trusting the brand’s name and reputation. Unfortunately, that trust has completely backfired. I only used the device three times, and on May 31st — while cleaning my kitchen — it suddenly started leaking steam directly from the body instead of the nozzle. A clear safety issue!
I immediately contacted customer service the following Monday. They promised to pick it up within 5 business days and return it repaired within 20 business days. But nothing went as promised. No one showed up on Tuesday. Same on Wednesday. Then the holiday break started, and I kept waiting. I finally managed to get someone to pick up the unit on June 13th — only after repeated phone calls and frustration.
Today is June 16th, and I still have no update. The machine is missing, the service team says they can’t even find the service record, and I’m left completely in the dark. This is unacceptable. I paid a high price (₺) not just for the product but for the after-sales service that was supposed to come with it. A product that requires only water and a power button should not need service in just 6 months!
Karcher, you need to step up. Where is my product? Why is your customer support so careless and inefficient? I demand immediate resolution and proper accountability. If I wanted a basic machine without any support, there are dozens of cheaper alternatives out there.
