On October 10, 2025, an amount of 2,000 euros was sent through Revolut to the VakıfBank IBAN TR21********************36. However, despite the time that has passed, the money has still not reached my account. When we contacted Revolut customer support, they stated that the funds had already arrived in Türkiye, but there is no incoming transaction visible in my VakıfBank account. I have the transfer reference code “chasdefx.”
This is the first time I’ve carried out a transaction like this, and I encountered this issue immediately. I tried contacting both Revolut and VakıfBank, but I have not received any written response, and the problem remains unresolved.
I request that Revolut urgently refund the transferred amount to the sender.
