Brand New Kärcher SC 3 Steam Cleaner Fails Repeatedly
I purchased the Kärcher SC 3 steam cleaner on 07.12.2024, but I have never been able to use it properly. From the very first use, it worked for only 5 minutes before making a loud "pop" sound, after which no more steam came out.
On January 7, I contacted customer service and sent the product to the service center. It was returned to me on February 10, supposedly repaired. However, on March 9, I tried using it again, and the exact same issue happened—it worked for 5 minutes, then failed.
After calling customer service again on March 10 at 14:27, they told me to send an email with my request. The hose area burst again after the so-called repair, which is not only a defect but also a serious safety hazard due to the high-temperature steam leakage.
I do not feel safe using this product anymore. I am requesting a full refund at today’s market value, as I have lost all trust in its reliability. Kärcher, please take responsibility and resolve this issue immediately!
