Kärcher Failed to Repair My Steam Machine Hose After 50 Business Days of Waiting

I bought a Karcher steam machine, and within just 20 days, its hose melted and broke. I sent it to the warranty service, and it's been 2 months now. We call the service every day; they initially said it would take 20 business days, but it's now been 50 business days with no updates or communication. Customer service knows nothing and always responds with, "We don't have any information; let us create a ticket, and someone will call you." But no one has ever called back. If you don’t want to pay money and deal with endless troubles, avoid Karcher at all costs.

The product came back from service today, and strangely, they didn't put the filter back in place. Now we'll probably wait another 5 months for the filter to arrive, and there's also the question of whether they'll admit their mistake. I've come to hate this brand; honestly, it has exhausted me.
